1. Services Provided

VEsecure offers CCTV installation, maintenance, and support services. Our services include the provision of security cameras, video surveillance systems, and associated equipment, along with professional installation and configuration. 2. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: The prices quoted for CCTV systems and services are for the equipment and installation only. Please note that wire charges, including cables, connectors, and any additional materials needed for proper installation, are not included in the initial quoted price. These additional charges will be billed separately based on the actual materials and wiring required for the job.
  • Payment: Payments for services must be made as agreed upon in the contract or quotation. 4. Wire Charges

  • Additional Charges for Wiring: As mentioned, wire charges (including all cabling, connectors, and any necessary materials to complete the installation) are not included in the quoted price for CCTV equipment and installation. These charges will be assessed and billed separately.
  • The final cost of wiring will depend on the layout, the number of cameras, and the distances involved in the installation. Our technicians will inform you of the cost of wiring and seek your approval before proceeding with the work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Footage Storage: The Customer is solely responsible for storing, backing up, and securing any footage captured by the CCTV system. [Your Company Name] does not have access to or responsibility for any footage unless otherwise agreed in writing for specific monitoring services.

6. Warranty and Support

  • Limit of Liability: In no event shall VEsecure be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including the CCTV system. Our liability is limited to the cost of the CCTV system and installation services provided.

8. Termination of Services

  • Termination by Customer: The Customer may terminate the agreement for installation services before the scheduled installation date by providing written notice. If the installation has already been completed, termination or cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Termination by VEsecure: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the Customer fails to make payments, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise breaches the terms of this agreement. We may also terminate services if the Customer violates legal requirements or fails to comply with our policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software used on our website or provided as part of our services are the property of VEsecure or our third-party suppliers. You agree not to use, copy, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, such as processing your orders, providing services, and communicating with you regarding your CCTV system.

11. Force Majeure
